Charles Henry BRETT, Knight, LL.D.
The eldest son of Revd. Wills Hill BRETT, born 16th July 1839. Died 17 July 1926, married in 1863 Margaret NEILL who died 8th July 1930, they are buried at Holywood (County Down) Also of Alfred Edward BRETT, their eldest surviving son. Born 24th April 1865, died 27 November 1955, married in 1896 Harriet Agnes TRAILL, who died 11th April 1965. also of Charles Anthony BRETT, M.C. sometime Captain 3rd Bn Connaught Rangers, their eldest son, born in Comber 29 January 1897, died 16 January 1988, married in 1925 Elizabeth Joyce Carter, who died 2nd January 1977.

Charles Anthony BRETT. M.C. Captain 3rd Connaught Rangers Married in 1925 in the Registration District of Leeds to Elizabeth Joyce Carter. He is commemorated on a memorial in St Mary’s Church, Comber, County Down, Northern Ireland. It appears his Military Cross award was not gazetted

It appears his Military Cross award was not gazetted.
