Description
English: Members of the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps Henry E. Mooberry Division (Washington Navy Yard) Honor Guard, stand fast awaiting the orders of US Coast Guard Captain James Montgomery (l) (Director of Auxiliary - Coast Guard Eighth District, New Orleans, LA) to retire the colors, following the completion of the inaugural Change of Watch and Awards Banquet of US Coast Guard Auxiliary Division 25 (Potomac Guardian Division), held at the Army-Navy Country Club. The Division, formed January 1, 2009, was the result of the combination of Auxiliary Divisions 2 and 14, to better align with Coast Guard Sector Baltimore's recent reorganization.
