Description
English: The entrance to Hammam al-Ayn on al-Wad Road, Muslim Quarter, Old City, Jerusalem. The place was built on 1336 by the Mamluks. It and al-Shifa Hammam were public baths within a Mamluk caravanserai called Khan Tankaz in the central part of the Cotton Merchants’ (Qattanin) Market.
