Description
English: Chalybeate Spring in Alexandra Park, Hastings, East Sussex. The plate reads "Originally in open farmland, Robert Marnock incorporated this feature into Alexandra Park in 1880. The underground spring supplies asteady flow of foul tasting, iron rich water, once drunk for its alleged health-giving properties."
