Description
English: Chalmette, LA, March 18, 2011– Louisiana Recovery Office staff participated the grand opening of the Chalmette High School Cultural Arts Building in St Bernard Parish. This new venue was built on the campus of Chalmette High. To date FEMA has obligated $56.9 million for both Chalmette High and the 9th grade Academy. FEMA/Ralph Simcox
