Chalk block: side view
Description
English: Small cuboid block of chalk. Each side appears to be original, having a dull-yellow mottled surface patina. Two of the corners are now more rounded over rather than pointed as if it has been worn down through rubbing or use. The rounded wear patterns also display the yellowish surface patina. The object was discovered in an area containing many Neolithic-Bronze Age flints and pot-boilers.
