English: "two chairs - dolls house furniture, locality- England. The two chairs were made with a penknife by The donors great grandfather (Mrs Goodman - donor, is 80 years old) and The original covering is still on The seats." (col.card) Two small cane and fabric (dark green) chairs (cat.w-sheet - Andrew Mayo). Cane stained darker colour, looped styling of thin cane, back of chair. Dining chair with cloth covered seat. Construction- seat base, wood; cushioned seating, cloth and padding. 4mm lengths of cane used for The legs and chair back frame. 1-2 rounds of cane are used to hold all components in place, while visually working as a stylish detail.
