HERAT, Afghanistan--Spanish Colonel Rafael Sánchez Ortega, Spanish General of the Army José Julio Rodríguez Fernández and Spanish Minister of Defense Carme Chacón Piqueras. Rodríguez and Chacón arrives at Camp Arena in western Afghanistan, Nov. 10, 2008. Chacón came to Camp Arena in order to bring home the remains of two Spanish Army soldiers killed in action during a vehicle borne improvised explosive device attack near Shindand in western Afghanistan and to visit the other soldiers injured during the attack.
