Deutsch: Muttermund einer 39-jährigen Frau während des zweiten Tages ihrer Menstruationsblutung, untersucht mit einem Cusco Vaginalspekulum Größe L. Neben der deutlich erkennbaren Blutung (beachte die Blutansammlung auch auf dem unteren Blatt des Spekulums) sind Teile der Gebärmutterschleimhaut erkennbar, die gerade aus dem Muttermund geflossen sind.
