English: Cerwez (Jarg-Waz) some kinde of Kebab which prepare from liver and fat curtains in Kurdish and Lurish Fat curtains.
فارسی: جَرگ وَز یا جگر وَز، نوعی کباب که از پیچیدن پردۀ چربی به دور جگر تهیه می شود و در آشپزی کُردی و لُری رواج دارد.
Kurdî: جەرگ وەز یا جەرگ و بەز، جوورێگ کەواوە ک لە پیچنین وەز (پەردەێ چەوری) وە دەور جەرگ دروس بوود و لە چاشتەیل کوردی و لوڕی باوە.
