Description
English: Constanța County Hall during the interbelic period, illustrated in an early 20th century picture. The historical building was built between 1903-1904 and today it hosts the Military House of Constanța.
Română: Prefectura județului Constanța din perioada interbelică, într-o ilustrată de la începutul secolului al XX-lea. Clădirea-monument istoric, ridicată între anii 1903-1904, găzduiește în prezent Cercul Militar Constanța.
