فارسی: کوره دوار سیمان استوانه افقی طویلی است که حول محور افقی دوران دارد و مشعلی که در انتهای آن قرار دارد، درجه حرارت لازم برای تغییرات شیمیایی مواد اولیه سیمان را فراهم می‌کند. خروجی این کوره، کلینکر نامیده می‌شود.
