日本語: 従来のSPR分子間相互作用計測は精製タンパク質をセンサーチップ上に固相化したものをリガンドサンプルとするのに対して、セルベースSPR顕微鏡はセンサーチップ上で培養した細胞の表面に発言している膜タンパク質をリガンドサンプルとして分子間相互作用計測を行うことができる。このことは、本来あるべき環境下での構造・機能を保持している膜タンパク質を他ゲットとするin vitro計測系で、分子間相互作用計測が行えることを意味する。
