Ceiling rafters of Mission San Jose de Guadalupe, 1905
Photograph of the ceiling rafters in the church of Mission San Jose de Guadalupe, 1905. In need of repair but basically intact, roof thatching is visible through the rafters. Details of the construction are visible. The sky is visible along the peak. Parts of the "thatch" has been artificially enhanced on the image.
