La statue qui porte les dernières traces des formes cubistes explorées par Howard est présentée au Salon des beaux-arts de 1919, et sera achetée par le Whitney Museum.
English: Stone sculpture in direct cutting representing the artist's wife sitting on the floor with her daughter on her knees, realised by american sculptor Cecil Howard in 1918. Bearing the final cubist experiments of the artist, the statue is presented in 1919 at the Paris Salon des Beaux-Art, and later bought by the Whitney Museum of New York. |
