English: Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers from the 4th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, attached to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), move a simulated casualty to a casualty collection point during a mass casualty exercise, Feb. 4.
