Some of these structures have now a true value of "biological corridor" and are classed as a part of the "ecological network of the "bassin minier". Others have been converted into trails for walking (pedestrians, horses, bicycles)
Français : L'un des "cavalier minier" (nom donné aux anciennes voies ferrées privées des houillères dans le nord de la France) réhabilité en sentier de promenade et en corridor biologique. Certains de ces cavaliers ont une valeur de corridor biologique et font partie de la "trame verte du bassin minier". D'autres ont été transformés en sentiers de promenade (piétons, chevaux, vélos). |
