English: After a thunderstorm millions of small particles from the woods around form a layer on Lake Cauma that shape the lake surface three-dimensional to reflect the morning sun. On the right side you see a bright rainbow caused by the dew on the particals, while left of this bow you see a weaker bow in an angle of around 60°, showing a mirrored dew rainbow.
Deutsch: Nach einer Gewitternacht liegt auf dem windstillen Caumasee eine Schicht aus Partikeln aus dem Wald. Zu sehen sind zwei Regenbögen, der stärkere rechts ist ein Taubogen, erzeugt durch kondensierte Tropfen auf den schwimmenden Partikeln mit Sonnengegenpunkt unterhalb des Horizonts. Der zweite links davon und in einem 60° Winkel stehend ist ein sehr seltener Spiegeltaubogen, bedingt durch Lichtreflexion auf der Wasseroberfläche und anschließendem Einfall in die Tautropfen (Sonnengegenpunkt weit oberhalb des Horizonts) |
