Description

c/n 1720 The Caudron G4 first flew in 1915 and entered French military service in November that year. It was the first twin-engined aircraft to serve France in large numbers. 1,421 were built and also served with Great Britian, Italy and Finland. This ex-French example is one of only two survivors and is on display in the Great War Hall at the Musée de l'air et de l'espace. Le Bourget Airport, Paris, France.
