Description
English: A small bell kept at the right (epistle) side of the platform on which the altar stands. It is rung by the acolyte three times: at the Sanctus, the Consecration of both the host and the wine and water, and before the priest's Communion. It is also rung at Benediction when the priest gives the blessing with Sacred Host.
