Pure white, large, full, and of perfect form; the buds and flowers produced in clusters and freely furnished with a deep green moss. A valuable variety.Salet,/r^^ or vig. (Lacharme, 1S54..) Light rose, large, full; pretty in bud. Budded plants. CLASS v.—HYBRID NOISETTE ROSES. (Rosa NoisettiaJia hybrida.) This is a modern gtoup of considerable importance, obtained chiefly from crosses between Remontant,Bourbon and Noisette Roses. They generally flower in small clusters, and bloom freely throughout the year.The flowers are mostly white, and though small are generally of good form. They are of about the samehardiness as the Bourbons and Hybrid Teas, requiring a little more care in their protection than the HybridPerpetuals. It is a class quite subject to mildew. HOLLAND BULBS. White, slightly shaded with carmine; medium size; form semi-cupped; wood long-jointed; larger flowers than the others. The strongest grower of the entire class.Coquette des Blanches, zz^. <7r/r^^. (Lachartne, 1872.) Pure white, sometimes faintly tinged with pink; flowers of medium size, somewhat flat, but full and very pretty; growth more bushy and symmetrical than any of the others. One of the hardiest. Later than the rest in coming into flower.Eliza Boelie, mod. (Guillot, 1869.) White, delicately tinged with pink; medium size; full, beautiful circular form. An exquisite rose. Budded plants. A NEW SINGLE WHITE ROSE. White Dawson. A sport found in our nurseries, from the well known Dawson Rose, which was originatedby Mr. Jackson Dawson of the Arnold Arboretum.
