LILIES. These varieties of Lilies are perhaps the most popular grown, being very easily cultivated. They comnaence flowering in June, and keep up a continuous succession of bloom until late in the fall. Their rich varieties of color and stately habit render them very suitable for outdoor planting. They are perfectly hardy, and should be planted in October or Novem- ber. Auratuna (The Golden Lily of Japan) Delicate, white, thickly studded with crimson spots, and through the centre of each petal is a bright gold band ; large and fragrant; extra strong bulbs. Price, 15c. each; $1.50 per doz. Batemanni. Apricot color, tinted flowers. Canadense Flavum. Pure yellow " Rubrum. Bright crimson, with dark spots . Elegans Bicolor (Umbellatum). Red flaked, yellow spotted lilac Elegans Erectum (Umbellatum). Orange spotted, crimson flowers Elegaus E. L. Joerg. Apricot, yellow spotted Elegans Graudiflorum. Orange Humboldtii. Large golden-yellow flowers, spotted purple Pardalinum. Orange, scarlet, with, yellow centre, spotted purple Speciosum Album. Pure white and very fragrant Speciosum Album Praecox. Pure white, with rose-tinted petals — Speciosum Monstrosum Album. Distinct variety, pure white flowers Speciosum Roseum, White, spotted with rose , Speciosum Rubrum. Rose, spotted with crimson Superbum. Deep orange red Tenuifolium (Coral Lily of Siberia). Brill- iant scarlet flowers, very early Tigrinum (Tiger Lily). Orange salmon, 3 feet high Tigrinum Flore Plena (New Double Tiger Lily) Wallace!. Clear bluff flowers, spotted with black Washingtonianum.Very fragrant flowres, pure white, tinted purple Each.
