English: Casuarina glauca, the swamp she-oak, is a small to medium sized tree found scattered along Downfall Creek in 7th Brigade Park. It suckers from the roots and has the potential to form dense stands. The trees are either male or female. Leaves are minute, with the needle-like foliage being modified branchlets known as cladodes.
