| Description |
English: Castell y Gwynt on Glyder Fach. Castell y Gwynt is the westernmost of the very strange features on the Glyder Fach summit plateau. This is the view looking west, standing on the plateau.
From this side a tall pile of huge pointed columns of rock bar your way down but there is much more depth on the other side. Even on this side the castle is deceptively large. To give you an idea, the isolated pinnacle on the left of the main group stands about 15ft proud of the surrounding debris. |
