Description
Català: El Castell de Montesquiu és una construcció fortificada situada a Osona, Catalunya. La primera documentació és del 1285. Durant el segle XIV hi viuen els Besora. Fou reformat per primera vegada per aquesta família al segle XVII. Una segona renovació es féu al segle XIX, amb el castell en mans dels Juncadella, afegint-hi una escala gòtica, una cisterna, una font i un jardí. Des del 1976 és propietat de la Diputació de Barcelona, que hi celebra diversos esdeveniments i presentacions. És la seu principal del Parc del Castell de Montesquiu, creat l'any 1986.
