Cast copper alloy terret ring
Description
English: Complete cast copper-alloy strap-mounted terret ring dating from the late Iron Age or early Roman period. The terret ring is composed of a simple plain oval loop with a narrow top and very broad base with oval cross-section. At the ring's narrowest point it has an eye-shaped cross-section. The attachment loop is rectangular in shape, with a circular cross-section.
