Description
English: Cast copper alloy casket terminal dating to the Medieval period. It is sub-oval in shape and oval in cross-section. One end narrows and terminates in a circular protrusion which would have attached to the casket. There is a central circular perforation. File marks are visible on each surface of the object but otherwise it is undecorated. It has a dark green patina.
