Description
English: Cast copper alloy buckle dating to the Medieval period. It is a single loop D-shaped buckle with a lipped frame. The strap-bar is narrowed and offset. A grove decorates the reverse of the buckle frame. The tip of the pin is broken. The remains of guilding can be seen. The pin is 19.65mm in length. It has a dark green-grey patina.
