Title |
Cast copper alloy brooch spring dating to the Roman period. |
||
Description |
English: Cast copper alloy brooch spring dating to the Roman period. The object consists of a spring with at least 10 coils and a fragment of the brooch head. The fragment of the brooch head is irregular in plan due to breaks and corrosion and has a dark blackish patina. Brownish orange corrosion is visible on the spring which suggests the presence of iron. |
