Description
Deutsch: Das Gebäude wurde als Einfamilienhaus von dem Architkten Antonio Pintor y Ocete im Jahr 1911 entworfen. Heute (2013) ist dort die „Jefatura de Asuntos Económicos MCANA“ untergebracht. Das Gebäude liegt direkt auf der Grenze außerhalb des geschützten Bereiches Barrio de Los Hoteles. Es ist aber stilistisch und zeitlich der Stadterweiterungsperiode zuzuordnen.
