Description
English: Portfolio Miguel do Carmo Professional, born April 10, 1885, was the first black player in Brazil and the world to work for a football club. At that time the prejudice was very large and only elite people had that privilege. Player in addition was also director and founder of Ponte Preta.
Português: Carteira Profissinal de Miguel do Carmo, nascido dia 10 de abril de 1885, foi o primeiro jogador negro do Brasil e do Mundo a atuar por um clube de futebol. Naquela época o preconceito era muito grande e apenas pessoas da elite tinham esse privilégio. Além de jogador também foi diretor e fundador da Ponte Preta.

    • I. the works of authors deceased without heir;
    • II. the works of unknown authors, subject to the legal protection of ethnic and traditional lore.
  • Article 96: The term of protection of neighboring rights shall be 70 years from the first of January of the year following fixation for phonograms, transmission for the broadcasts of broadcasting organizations and public performance in other cases.
