The large, ugly brick box is part of an extension built at the rear of of 372 High Road. It's in the Tottenham Conservation Area.

In 2005 an application was made for retrospective planning permission on the property at the rear of 372 High Road N17, which is in a conservation area. The application was refused. Haringey Reference: HGY/2005/2009.

The applicant appealed and the appeal was also refused by the inspector. Appeal Decision APP/Y520/A/06/2019841

My reading of the Inspector's decision is that it was strong, clear and unequivocal.

Could you please arrange to give me a briefing on what steps have since been taken; and where we have got to in enforcing this decision.

I reported the dumped rubbish to Homes for Haringey. They arranged for it to be cleared on 11 June 2010. I also raised the problem that builders occasionally use this carpark - without permission - to place skips and store materials. (This rubbish may have been spillage which the builders left behind. )
