Description
Español: LA CONSERVA DE FRITO DEL MAESTRAZGO: La carne del cerdo, después de las matanzas, durante siglos se ha preparado de manera que se conservase para el resto del año, e ir consumiéndola poco a poco. El método tradicional era cocinarlo en aceite de oliva y guardarlo en ese mismo aceite. Se llamaba conserva de frito y se guardaba en el interior de una olla de barro cocido y se mantenía siempre cubierta la carne bien sumergida en aceite de oliva.
