English: Carn Alw enclosure and view north This small, flat, patch of grass, 30mx50m, was the defended area at Carn Alw, but with no sign of human occupation. It is conjectured that valuable animals, like bulls or warriors' horses, might have been kept safe here.
The views across the Nyfer valley to the north shows how this vantage point commands the area. |
