Description
English:

A crowd of caribou stand on a level area of low grass at the edge of a pond.

The biological systems of the Corridor are significant, and they are a primary reason that the route was used to access the abundant fish and game of the region. In summer, it is a likely place to find the Mulchatna Caribou herd, one of Alaska's largest.
