Description
English: Petty Officer 1st Class Jeremy Starks, assigned to the forward-deployed U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 2, surfaces after completing a dive into Africa's Lake Victoria as part search and recovery operation for an Ilyushin 76 cargo plane that crashed into the lake on March 9. The search is being conducted by the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and the government of Uganda.
