The Agitos, symbol of the Paralympic Games, outside the Cardiff City Hall. The City Hall opened in 1906. It is the centrepiece to the civic centre, an area of impressive buildings which includes the adjacent law courts and museum as well as landscaped gardens and broad tree-lined avenues. |
