English: "I was deployed to Kosovo in 2009, and since then it has changed a lot. I don’t know exactly why this place has changed, but I would guess because of all the positive interaction the locals have had with other nations; maybe we are influencing them. Every country here has their own culture and how they do things. I think all countries are interesting, and I like being able to interact and learn new things. The experience of learning from other counties is very important. However, while the language barriers can be difficult, coffee is the same in almost every language; everyone likes coffee, so coffee is a great way to get to know someone new." - Portugal Capt. Miguel Jorge
