Description
English: F 0863 LN series of 8 photographs, 11 * 12cm; print on cardboard with punched square hole from photography to film: Anschütz developed a method to shoot series of pictures based on Instant Photographs. The photographs were lined up in a cylinder with a slot for the eyes. So the first moving pictures were produced. The "Schnellseher" (quick viewer) which was based on this method became a crowd-pleaser at Worlds Fair in Chicago in 1893.
Čeština: Série osmi fotografií čápa. 11 * 12cm; print Anschütz vyvinul metodu sériového snímání. Snímky potom promítal v zařízení zvaném "Schnellseher" (rychloprohlížeč), ten byl vystaven na Mezinárodní elektrotechnické výstavě ve Frankfurtu. Téměř 34000 platících diváků jej vidělo na výstavě v Berlíně, v létě 1892 pak také v Londýně a nakonec v roce 1893 na Světové výstavě v Chicagu.
