Summary
[edit]DescriptionCap Badge of the Taranaki Regiment.svg |
English: Cap badge of the Taranaki Regiment, a territorial regiment of the New Zealand Military Forces, used between 1911 and 1948. Until 1921 the regiment was called 11th Regiment (Taranaki Rifles). The badge was based off that of the predecessor unit, 4th Battalion Wellington (Taranaki) Rifle Volunteers (1901-1911), which used the same design, but with modified text/numeral. |
