Summary

[edit]
Description

A strange but eye-pleasing specimen from the early sixties, this Canon VI-T has a functioning trigger wind concealed in its base - and the obligatory crinkly steel shutter, which is much louder than cloth. I have not put film through it yet, but it seems to work. I think I shall send it to Holland for a CLA.

The lens however, for which there are no suitable framelines in this body, is probably the only RF lens I will ever buy new: it was old stock, still in its wrapper, with hood, caps and all, and in truly mint condition :-)
