Barring the buildings set apartfor definite exhibits, such as the Transportationand Horticultural Buildings, unquestionably thebulk of the space was occupied by food pro-ducts. Moreover, it was these products thatunquestionably were of the most interest to thevarious visitors at the Fair. Thousands of peoplestrolled through the Transportation Building totake a fleeting glance at the cars that theyknew perfectly well could never be more tothem than a mere exhibit, but the real interestof these thousands centred in those buildingsthat displayed the food products that they wereaccustomed to use, or that they well might
