Offices So far as the relations between theMaritime Provinces and Tipper Canadago there is no gainsaying the fact thatthere is a certain lack of sympathy be-tween them. There is a pronounced im-pvession among the peopie dow:; F.;istthat Ontario is hoggish and wants allthe plums. The most recent example ofthis, in the mind of the eastern man, isthe removing of the head offices of theIntercolonial Railway from Moncton toToronto.
