Description

Cerimônia de lançamento do Agosto Lilás: as Instituições de Combate à Violência Contra as Mulheres.

A Procuradoria Especial da Mulher e a Liderança da Bancada Feminina realizam, em parceria com a Secretaria da Mulher e a Comissão de Defesa dos Direitos da Mulher, da Câmara dos Deputados, uma cerimônia em homenagem aos 17 anos da Lei 11.340, de 7 de agosto de 2006.

Agosto Lilás é uma denominação instituída em 2022 pela Lei 14.448, que estabeleceu agosto como mês de proteção à mulher e de conscientização para o fim da violência contra a mulher.

Participam: senadora Professora Dorinha Seabra (União-TO); senadora Ana Paula Lobato (PSB-MA); 1ª coordenadora adjunta da Secretaria da Mulher da Câmara dos Deputados, deputada Iza Arruda (MDB-PE); ministra das Mulheres, Cida Gonçalves; procuradora especial da Mulher do Senado Federal, senadora Zenaide Maia (PSD-RN); senadora Teresa Leitão (PT-PE); líder da Bancada Feminina do Senado Federal, senadora Daniella Ribeiro (PSD-PB); senadora Ana Paula Lobato (PSB-MA); senadora Leila Barros (PDT-DF); senadora Ivete da Silveira (MDB-SC).
