English: Camp on Eilean nan Eildean In miserable rain, on a sea kayak trip down Loch Sunart and out into the Sound of Mull to Lochaline, we were pleased to find any camping spot that was not in a bog for our first night out. This little inlet on the western coast of Eilean nan Eildean proved to have just enough well-drained grass for all our tents, but also proved to have enough wood, dry enough in the centre, to supply a small fire for the evening whilst we huddled under a tarpaulin staying acceptably dry and merry. |
