Description

Another catch up post I got three new for year species last Thursday night, two that were easy to identify and one that is not and which will have to be dissected. It's a Caloptilia species and probably either elongella or betulicola. It's in the pile for dissetion in due course.

Time retraints only allowed me to note the new species.

Purple Thorn is annual here but usually in 1's or 2's per year. To get three at once was really pleasing.
