Summary
[edit]DescriptionCallop River - geograph.org.uk - 114456.jpg |
English: Callop River. The Callop river looking north and downstream. This river flows into Loch Sheil after it meanders across this low ground between Loch Shiel ( Fresh Water ) and Loch Eil ( salt water ). The highest point between these two lochs is just around 25 mts and in recent times this area must have been an arm of the sea cutting of Ardgour from the rest of the mainland. |
