| Description |
English: California Cross. Possibly so-called because it was the last stop for coaches on the way to Plymouth before passengers sailed to America. Opposite the C18 California Country Inn on the B3196 is a BP service station with small shop, probably the only one for some miles, and there is also a caravan site. |
