English: Black and white photograph of an open streetcar used for sightseeing with "Seeing Calgary 25 C.M.R.y." and "To Bowness Park" on front. There is also a sign sitting on the "cow catcher" which says "One hour seeing Calgary fare $.25 next trip" The scenic car is filled with passengers and two conductors. It is an open car with canvas top. The sides appear to be mirrored and reflections of people can be seen on the side of the car. C.M.R. y are the initials for Calgary Municipal Railway which began in 1909 with 12 electric streetcars. |
