Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Cairnton House Cairnton House is a fishing lodge on the well known Cairnton beat on the River Dee. The legendary Arthur Wood, who is credited with proving the value of the greased floating line which salmon fishers now tend to take for granted, built the main house in 1921. It replaced a small cottage which had stood on the site.
